Barber Shop Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair scheduling for all clients, please review our cancellation terms:
• 24-hour notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, you may be charged 50% of your service total.
• No-shows: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Late arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
• Prepayment policy: Clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows may be asked to prepay future appointments.
